The Mass Spectrometry systems EcoSys-P™ is capable of sampling virtually any gas species up to 200 or even an optional 300 amu over a very wide range of concentrations. The CatalySys™ has up to 64 individual gas species that can be monitored on-line, and a wide dynamic range (ppb to high percentage levels) ensures full process data capture. With software control of all Vacuum system functions, coupled with full safety interlocks, there is no other system that offers this level of performance and flexibility.

Monitoring of trace impurities in pure gases and mixtures is becoming increasingly important, as the industry sectors that these products serve continues to grow, with each sector bringing different requirements and standards for product quality.

From high purity gases demanded by the Semiconductor industry, food grade gases such as CO2 for the food and beverage market, to gas mixtures e.g. Diving Gases, products that will ensure the most stringent quality standards are met. We offer two systems for this application sector, these being the GasTrace and the UltraTrace-PPT, the latter being our flagship instrument for instances where there is requirement to measure impurities in the low parts per trillion (PPT) ranges.

The Field Power Pack system, particularly in applications where there is little mains power available. It allows the user to operate directly from the 24V supply for a period of up to eight hours, which can prove invaluable in applications such as:​

Envirosafe™ is the definitive, cost effective solution to on-plant monitoring of Hazardous species, including volatiles, flammables and chlorinated compounds.
